Important Member Update – 2026 Annual General Meeting Notices

Kaya Whadjuk Members,

Whadjuk Aboriginal Corporation (WAC) wishes to provide an important update regarding the distribution of notices for our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 5 December 2026.

AGM Notices – Australia Post

We are pleased to advise that our postal carrier has confirmed that all AGM notices are being dispatched today, Friday, 6 November 2026, through Australia Post.

These notices include the AGM agenda and relevant meeting information and are expected to arrive early next week.

Under WAC's registered Rule Book, postal notices are taken to be received three days after posting. The notices are therefore being issued well within the required 21-day notification period.

Email and SMS Notifications

We have been made aware that some members have experienced difficulties receiving email or SMS notifications through our Fortix membership system.

WAC is currently investigating these issues and apologises for any inconvenience.

Members who receive AGM notices by email should also receive the meeting agenda. SMS messages are an additional notification and reminder.

Haven't Received Your AGM Notice?

If you have not received your AGM notice by Friday, 13 November 2026, please contact WAC so we can assist you.

Members are also encouraged to update their contact details if their postal address, email address or mobile number has changed.
