The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Dobrin as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Whadjuk Aboriginal Corporation.

Lisa brings significant leadership experience to this role and will work closely with the Board to continue delivering on our Strategic Plan 2024-2027 priorities. During this transition period, Lisa will focus on strengthening our organisational capability while ensuring we maintain our commitment to honouring Whadjuk Corporation's values and creating prosperity for our members.

The Board looks forward to working with Lisa to progress our key initiatives, including:

  • Advancing our land management and cultural heritage programs

  • Developing our ranger program

  • Strengthening partnerships with local government authorities

  • Supporting our growing membership base of over 750 members

We encourage members to welcome Lisa at our upcoming AGM to be held at Optus Stadium on Monday, 11 November 2024.
